Our art and our words are like our recovery paths, unique and with the ultimate purpose of our own well-being. The joy in arting and the joy in wording is our own internal joy. It may or may not inspire others, but it inspires ourselves to travel down a new path which only we can travel, a safe path of brilliant colors or touching words. Many have taken the course of expressing their own form of art or poetry and from that communication have experienced the innate resilience that is our human right. It is no wonder that art and poetry have been an important example for people in reclaiming their own sense of wellness.
